The Licensed Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. This includes scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction
Schedule and coordinates work activities among his subordinates
Coordinates the requisition, issuances, and delivery to the work site of required materials and equipment
Supervises all works and operations being done within his control
Enforces all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations on his assigned area work
Promotes harmonious relationships among his subordinates
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishment vis-a-vis budget
Prepares project status report for Project Manager
Carry out other responsibilities that may be instructed by the superior within overall functions
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any related course
Experience in the construction industry is required unless fresh grad
Fresh graduate with license is preferred
Willing to be assigned in a project sites
COSH/BOSH Certificate is an edge
The CAD Engineer is responsible for providing the guidelines and technical details of the product or structure that is being built. This includes drafting plans, technical drawings, and blueprints and ensuring that the designs are completed to specifications and safety regulations.
Render all type of drafting and AutoCAD works.
Assist in the preparation of working drawings that are required in the implementation of Projects.
Prepare plans and working drawings as required.
Assist in the preparation of documents, catalogues, and other pertinent references that are required in the performance of architectural design functions.
Carry out other responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior within the overall function.
Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or Architecture
Minimum of 1-year experience as CAD Operator/Engineer
Experienced in pipe laying
Construction industry experience is preferred
Licensed Engineer/Architect is a huge advantage
The Safety Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work and ensuring that the company complies with and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
Implements the company’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
Orients every personnel in the job site regarding EHS prior to deployment
Conducts routine EHS inspection on equipment, workplaces and hazardous materials
Identifies and analyzes degree of risk level at the project site
Formulates policies on how to prevent and correct measures on identified aspects and hazards
Conducts investigation of accidents, prepares investigation reports and submits to the site and Head Office EHS Committee
Prepare root cause analysis on incidents/accidents and includes his analysis in the accident investigation reports
Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements
Provide administrative functions on projects site supervision on warehousing, security and securing of government regulatory requirements
Serves as secretary to the site’s EHS Committee
Performs other related functions that may be assigned within his capability
Must be a graduate of an Engineering course
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a construction industry as Safety Officer
Certified Safety Officer; accredited with DOLE. with COSH or BOSH training.
Willing to be assigned in Calawis, Antipolo, Valenzuela, Las Pinas, La Mesa, Jala-Jala Rizal
The Site Nurses is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to the company’s employees. This includes providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health, and working to improve customer retention and lower company healthcare costs
Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
Monitor and record the patient's condition
Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
Documentation of Medical Records
Administer first-aid and respond to all medical emergencies at the site
Ensure effective and efficient implementation of company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Stores, administers and monitor first-aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness
Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records.
Do audit at project site and staff house of workers
Attend to daily consultations of workers at the site
Generate medical reimbursement report every month
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time
Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent
At least 1-4 years’ experience specialized as Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
1-4 years’ experience as Nurse in a construction company
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health(BOSH), OHNAP and COSH Training and Certificate
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to be assigned in Calawis, Antipolo
