Purchasing Associate - Mechanical Engineer


 

Job Description
  • Responsible in handling purchases of Preventive Maintenance / Repair services and spare parts for the company’s construction equipment and vehicles.
  • Responsible in sourcing out new suppliers for PMS / Repairs and spare parts.
  • Coordinates with MMD and project sites with regards to purchase requisitions on equipment PMS/Repairs and spare parts.
  • Responsible also in handling purchases for facility repairs and related works.
  • Maintains an updated record of the status of PRs / POs for report submission.
  • Maintains good relationship with vendors / suppliers.
  • Will also assist other purchasing associates in handling other purchases for projects as required.
  • Ensure quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative tasks.
  • Other functions as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. With experience as a purchasing associate / engineer related to equipment and construction is an advantage.
  • Preferably with knowledge in construction equipment / vehicle repairs, spare parts and facility.
  • Excellent negotiation skills. Can also communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • With SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Materials Management Distribution (MMD) Engineer


The Materials Management Engineer is responsible for warehousing, delivering , receiving, and handling of materials, which includes ensuring the availability of materials, tools and equipment throughout the project completion; Monitors and controls day-to-day movement of materials, tools and equipment in the operations or implementation in the projects.

 

Job Description
  • Track inventory levels per project site by checking and managing stocks of materials, tools and equipment records.
  • Ensure the materials  & equipment and their storage the area are organized and properly maintained.
  • Communicate, collaborate, coach and evaluate MMD Engineer’s performance per site under direct control
  • Provides leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and constantly establish innovative or enhance existing warehouse procedures and practices
  • Conduct quarterly audit of materials & equipment per project site
  • Implements Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies.
  • Confer and coordinate warehouse transactions with other departments
  • Communicates and implements change as directed.
  • Track expenses related to materials, fuel, and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide consolidated and detailed monthly warehouse reports to top management
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Managament or equivalent
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. With experience in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in provincial project sites

 

Accounting Associate


The Accounting Associate is responsible for processing, summarizing, reviewing and analyzing general and administrative and other overhead expenses as well as maintaining assigned general ledger accounts and perform general bookkeeping.
 
Job Description
  • Process, summarize, review and analyze general and administrative expenses and other overhead expenses.
  • Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts
  • General bookkeeping
  • Review, monitor and posting of PCF replenishments, reimbursements, liquidations and request for payment
  • Review, monitoring, reconciliation, amortization and posting of overhead expenses
  • Rentals, utilities, transportation, meals and representations, professional fees, permits, payroll and other opex
  • Amortization of insurance and asset depreciation
  • Monitoring of advance for liquidation, refundable deposits, advances to related parties and prepayments in-charge of Accounting & Finance Department supplies-Monitoring and requisition reorder
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Flexible, willing to learn and highly analytical
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduate with license is preferred

 

HR Associate


The HR Associate is responsible for Accomplishing human resource objectives by obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information.

 

Job Description
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Adhere to laws and regulations
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
  • Planning and delivering training, including new staff inductions
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • able to do go to project sites and do site works
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Additional HR education and certification will be a plus

 

IT Staff


The IT Staff is responsible for maintaining the computer networks of organisation, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Staff monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

 

Job Description

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)"
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 yrs experience as an IT Staff
  • Basic PC Trouble shooting
  • Basic LAN and WAN configuration & installation,
  • Knowledgeable in MS office/ Office 365"
  • Willing to travel at project sites
