Accounting Associate

Job Description
  • Process, summarize, review and analyze general and administrative expenses and other overhead expenses.
  • Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts
  • General bookkeeping
  • Review, monitor and posting of PCF replenishments, reimbursements, liquidations and request for payment
  • Review, monitoring, reconciliation, amortization and posting of overhead expenses
  • Rentals, utilities, transportation, meals and representations, professional fees, permits, payroll and other opex
  • Amortization of insurance and asset depreciation
  • Monitoring of advance for liquidation, refundable deposits, advances to related parties and prepayments in-charge of Accounting & Finance Department supplies-Monitoring and requisition reorder
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Flexible, willing to learn and highly analytical
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduate with license is preferred



HR Associate

Job Description
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Adhere to laws and regulations
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
  • Planning and delivering training, including new staff inductions
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • able to do go to project sites and do site works
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
