Responsible in sourcing out new suppliers for PMS / Repairs and spare parts.
Coordinates with MMD and project sites with regards to purchase requisitions on equipment PMS/Repairs and spare parts.
Responsible also in handling purchases for facility repairs and related works.
Maintains an updated record of the status of PRs / POs for report submission.
Maintains good relationship with vendors / suppliers.
Will also assist other purchasing associates in handling other purchases for projects as required.
Ensure quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative tasks.

Materials Management Distribution (MMD) Engineer
The Materials Management Engineer is responsible for warehousing, delivering , receiving, and handling of materials, which includes ensuring the availability of materials, tools and equipment throughout the project completion; Monitors and controls day-to-day movement of materials, tools and equipment in the operations or implementation in the projects.
Track inventory levels per project site by checking and managing stocks of materials, tools and equipment records.
Ensure the materials & equipment and their storage the area are organized and properly maintained.
Communicate, collaborate, coach and evaluate MMD Engineer’s performance per site under direct control
Provides leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices.
Identify areas for improvement and constantly establish innovative or enhance existing warehouse procedures and practices
Conduct quarterly audit of materials & equipment per project site
Implements Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies.
Confer and coordinate warehouse transactions with other departments
